Welcome to Moonshine Distillers

Moonshine Distillers are small independent distillery that can be found at Denbury Farm, in a glorious secluded wooded valley in the heart of Somerset’s beautiful countryside. Here at our distillery we explore the entire process from planting and harvesting to distilling our unique flavoursome hand crafted Gins and Rums.

Unlike most distillers, Moonshine Distillers produce our spirits with home grown grains and potatoes that are blended and crafted sympathetically to process and to enhance our Gins and Rums.

Our distillery boasts two different types of stills. A handcrafted beaten copper Pot Still and a large Column Still which allow us, with carefully selected botanicals and our natural Denbury Farm spring water, to produce unique spirits, giving a wide choice of flavoursome hand crafted Gins and Rums to appeal to all customers and to suit their personal preference.
